Complaint Management
Residents raise issues in seconds, committees track every complaint from submission to resolution — no more lost paper slips or forgotten requests.
Complaint Management in four simple steps.
Raise a complaint in seconds
A resident opens the app, selects a category (plumbing, electrical, noise, security, etc.), adds a description and photo, and submits. It takes less than a minute.
Committee gets notified instantly
The complaint appears on the committee dashboard with priority, timestamp, and resident details. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Assign and track progress
The committee assigns the complaint to the relevant vendor or staff member. Status updates are visible to the resident at every step.
Close with resolution
Once resolved, the resident receives a notification. They can confirm satisfaction or reopen if the issue persists. Complete audit trail maintained.

How do residents submit a complaint?
Residents open the Avasa app, tap "Raise Complaint," select a category, add a description and optionally a photo, and submit. The complaint is instantly logged and assigned a tracking number.
How are complaints assigned?
Committee members can view all open complaints on the dashboard and assign them to the appropriate vendor, staff member, or department. Each assignment is timestamped.
Can residents track complaint status?
Yes. Residents see real-time status updates — submitted, in progress, resolved, or reopened. They get push notifications at every status change.
What happens after a complaint is resolved?
