Find answers to common questions about using Avasa.
Avasa is a mobile app by AppCanvas Studios for gated community, apartment, and villa management. It provides visitor management, billing and treasury, community notices, resident directory, and infrastructure tracking. Avasa is available on iOS and Android with pricing plans starting at ₹1,399 per month.
Open the Avasa app and tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Use the same email you registered with your community. If your community uses Avasa for the first time, an admin will invite you via email.
Security personnel can log visitors from the Visitors tab. Enter the visitor's phone number to search for an existing record, or fill in their name, photo, vehicle number, and destination villa. The resident will receive an instant push notification to approve or deny entry.
When a visitor is logged for your villa, you'll receive a push notification. Open the Visitors section to see pending requests. Tap Approve to grant entry or Deny to reject. You can also view the visitor's photo and details before deciding.
Go to the Bills tab to see all invoices for your villa. Tap any bill to view details and make a payment. Treasurers can create invoices, import bills via CSV, and track dues across all villas.
Navigate to the Directory section and select your villa. Tap the + icon and choose Add Member. Enter the member's name, role (e.g., Family, Tenant), phone, and email. Primary members can manage their villa's profiles.
Go to your Profile tab to update your name, phone number, and email. Changes to your primary contact details are synced with the community directory. You can also manage notification preferences from profile settings.
The Directory is visible only to residents of your community. Your name, villa number, and phone number are shared. Role labels (e.g., Admin, Primary Member) are shown for community management. Admins and security personnel have additional access for operational purposes.
Go to your Profile tab and select Delete Account. Confirm the action to schedule deletion. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Some records required for legal or community obligations may be retained in anonymized form.
