Account Deletion

Avasa allows registered users to delete their account directly from within the mobile application.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the Avasa app.
  2. Navigate to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, Avasa will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your profile, including:

Processing Time

Account deletion requests initiated through the app are generally processed within 30 days.

Certain backup systems may retain data for a limited period before permanent removal.

Visitor Data Deletion Requests

Visitors who do not have an Avasa account but whose information has been entered into the platform by residents or community administrators may request deletion of their personal information.

Community Records

Some information submitted to a residential community may be maintained by the community administrator to satisfy legal, operational, accounting, or security requirements.

Deletion of an Avasa account does not automatically remove records that a community is required to retain.
